Dublin City Council
The current audio system needed addressing as attendees weren’t always sure how long they had to speak. This had a negative impact on proceedings, with interruptions causing meetings to take longer.
To ensure the amount of speaking time was clear, Public-i designed, sourced and installed a bespoke traffic light system. This had a digital display, large enough so that everyone in the Council Chamber had a clear view of the time.
The simplicity of the timing system means Dublin City Council’s meetings now run more efficiently.
