Teignbridge District Council began the ambitious task of refurbishing their facilities, namely the council chamber, where they regularly experienced audio interference and visual issues. This was due to the age of the system.

Public-i worked alongside Teignbridge District Council to design an innovative and sophisticated solution, which was fit for purpose, scalable and user-centric. The council chamber was equipped with state of the art conferencing units, HD displays and video recording systems. These were all managed by an intuitive control system. Now, Teignbridge council can present, record and share their meetings with confidence and clarity.

Finally, the portable conferencing equipment means less time deploying the units and easier management during meetings. This has saved the council time and money.
