We can integrate with existing systems (including existing Teams Rooms), offer advice on entirely new systems or discuss our portable StreamBox. Installation by experts
Our industry-leading engineers are experts at AV installations in all spaces. From small boardrooms to heritage listed auditoria – we can do it all without a fuss. If you don’t want, or can’t have, a permanently installed solution that’s no problem. Our portable solutions are designed for this situation and allow you to stream your meetings from any location, without a single screw required.

You will need some video capture hardware in your meeting room, our Connect software package, and our streaming service for your website. We make sure this process is very straightforward.
Hardware
You will need appropriate kit installed in your meeting room(s) to enable sound and video capture. We have installed video cameras and supporting devices into hundreds of rooms and our designers, project managers and installation engineers are highly qualified to design and install the right hardware to fit your needs.
There is an ever-increasing range of clever microphone and camera solutions available, and the team is experienced in dealing with non-technical clients. You can lease the kit or buy it outright. If you have more than one meeting room or venue, our portable StreamBox may suit you better. StreamBox offers completely portable livestreaming and comes with our state-of-the-art A.I. features such as face recognition and transcription built-in.

We do not recommend streaming your content to YouTube – it’s not a credible environment for business content, is interrupted by advertising and is not accessible to viewers with a disability. Rather, we stream your content to a page on your own website where you control access to each meeting. In this way, you have ownership and control of the content.
